Diane L. Rodriguez-Burton is a dedicated member of Greater Works Baptist Church in Jonesboro, GA. As the Assistant Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Teen-Tween Sunday School Teacher, she plays a vital role in the spiritual growth and development of the church community.
In addition to her pastoral responsibilities, Diane is passionate about empowering women. In 2011, she founded a Women’s Empowerment Ministry at Greater Works Baptist Church with the aim of inspiring and uplifting women from all backgrounds.
The Women’s Empowerment Ministry led by Diane provides a safe and supportive space for women to come together, share their stories, and encourage one another. Through various programs and events, the ministry aims to equip women with the tools and resources they need to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
One of the key objectives of the Women’s Empowerment Ministry is to foster spiritual growth among its members. Diane believes that a strong spiritual foundation is essential for personal empowerment. Through regular prayer meetings, Bible studies, and devotional sessions, the ministry helps women deepen their faith and develop a closer relationship with God.
Another important aspect of the Women’s Empowerment Ministry is mentorship. Diane recognizes the value of mentorship in empowering women to achieve their goals. The ministry pairs experienced and successful women with those who are seeking guidance and support. This mentorship program allows women to learn from one another, share experiences, and receive valuable advice.
The Women’s Empowerment Ministry also organizes workshops and seminars on various topics relevant to women’s lives. These events cover a wide range of subjects, including personal development, career advancement, financial literacy, and mental health. By addressing these important issues, the ministry equips women with practical knowledge and skills to navigate the challenges they may face.
In addition to the ministry’s regular programs, Diane and her team organize special events throughout the year to celebrate and honor women. These events include conferences, retreats, and social gatherings where women can come together, build relationships, and find inspiration.
Diane L. Rodriguez-Burton’s dedication to empowering women at Greater Works Baptist Church is truly commendable. Through her leadership and the Women’s Empowerment Ministry, she has created a supportive community where women can grow spiritually, develop personally, and thrive in all areas of their lives.
